Jesus paid it all

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. - John 3:16

Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for his friends - John 15:13

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. - Romans 5:8

...that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height--to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. - Ephesians 3:17-19

...for God is love - 1 John 4:8

Our reasoning, our wisdom, our defenses, our devices, our accomplishments, everything we are of ourselves is nothing.

He is everything; for by Him and through Him all things consist. Everything that was, is or will be is for His pleasure and by His love.

He alone is Saviour. He alone is Lord.

This day, and every day, He lives! Rejoice!
