Gore's still a bore and Katie is Quazy

The last time Al Gore came to Capitol Hill--six years ago--he was there to certify the electoral college results that made George Bush president.

But today it was a triumphant return, this time as a private citizen, to declare that the world faces a "planetary emergency" over climate change. And now, a lot of his skeptics agree that Gore makes a powerful point.

The scientific consensus is clear, and Gore urged Congress to listen to scientists, not special interests. He pushed for an immediate freeze on greenhouse gases, as well as cleaner power plants, more efficient cars, and stronger conservation efforts.

Triumphant return, eh? Who the heck is paying any attention to that loser of the ratings Katie Couric? She's got more readers of her blog than viewers of her news, but then why should that matter to her? It's all more money in her bank.

Yeah, Kates babe, stifle the science that disproves all the global warming crap while sycophantic greenies like you huddle together to keep the panic alive for rakin' in the bucks.

Thus Spake The Lizard Queen

"Well, I've heard from a number of my friends, and I've certainly clarified with them any misunderstanding that anyone had, because I disagree with General Pace completely," Clinton told Bloomberg News. "I do not think homosexuality is immoral."

Well I guess that cinches it. We can all go home now knowing that government won't intrude into our bedrooms and slam any of us in jail for sexual acts in the privacy of our bedrooms. B&D, necrophilia, etc., etc. aren't immoral either, I suppose. That story some time ago about somebody having sex with a horse? No worries, it isn't breaking any moral code. That dog the neighbor's been leering at for weeks? Hmmmm, go ahead, it isn't hurting anyone. After all, remember the Golden Rule? That's the morality we all live by, isn't it?

My guess is the Lizard Queen will be issuing more moral dictums like this from the Oral Orifice.

Audition...got a part...

Someone suggested I try out for a part in a local little theater production of Fiddler on the Roof. I did and now share the dual roles of the Rabbi and Lazar with another cast member. Performances in late May through early June.

What am I doing? I don't have any earthly idea.
